Finally!!!! Samples

These four items are things we made for make-and-takes at Convention. I finally was able to take the time to take pics and post. The item with the ribbon is a bookmark. I love this! You tuck the ribbon in your book so that you have a tail and the square scallop chipboard lays on the front of your book. This will definitely be an item for Club VERY soon!

The item stamped with Live with Passion is a white gift bag covered with cardstock and stamped with a stamp set that we received FREE at Convention.

All materials were provided in a bag/tote that we received at Convention.
I'll be posting more samples real soon. I'm running out to the store to buy some candy to make favors for a big cook-out today! Hope you're all having a great Labor Day Weekend.
Thanks for stopping by!

Happy Birthday Casey!!!

This was taken at the hospital a couple of days after Trig was born. Today is Casey's 28th birthday. One of the biggest joys in my life is seeing my child with a child. Okay, this is Number 3 for him. :) Casey is very much a hand's on dad and is taking time off from work to help Erin out with the kids. Scout and Pace love their baby brother and give him kisses whenever they can. Everyone is doing well. Contrary to what the picture portrays, Erin did give birth to Trig. lol

Busy Week

It's already been a busy week. First thing this morning, I received a really nice text message from Erin. It's a picture of Trig looking right at the camera and underneath the pic, it said Good Morning! What a way to start the day. :) I stopped over yesterday to visit the kids and I didn't hear a peep coming from the other side of the door. lol I left a gift for Erin and tip-toed away fearing that if I woke one, I'd wake them all. Erin let me know later that they ALL had taken naps. Her and Trig came home yesterday morning.

Tomorrow evening is Club night for our current club. I cannot wait for members to see what we are doing! We are doing three different things and guess what!!! All three things I learned at Convention. See how you benefit from attending?! lol I've already got my room booked for next year. Yay!!! Join my team and attend Convention with me next year! A good time is guaranteed.

There are still a few spots left for the start of another club. Notify me with interest as soon as you can because it will be starting soon.

Thanks for stopping by. I'll be posting pics and lots more things real soon. :)

Whoohoo!!!

I'm a grandma again. :) Scout and Pace have a baby brother now, Trig Edward. Hey, did you expect a common name?! lol He weighed 9 pounds 1 ounce and looks like he's about two months old already. He is beauuuuuuutiful! Erin is doing good but very tired. She was scheduled for the c-section at 7:45 this morning but her doctor had to do surgery at another hospital near by so Trig was born at 10:17 this morning. Scout is excited and happy to see baby brother. Ummm.... Pace? I don't think he is as excited at this time. I'm sure they'll end up best buds soon. :) Thankfully, I work in the same hospital and the girls that I work with are great. I ran up a couple of times today to see how things were going. Boy, have I got stampin' to do this weekend! Hmmm.... another name frame, announcements, thank you cards, etc. Whoa is me. lol

Stampin' Up! Headquarters! I took this picture from the window of the bus as we were approaching it. The buses left the Convention Center to take us to this Riverton location where our stamp sets, accessories, etc are. It was soooo interesting to see the process of how they pack the boxes. We were free to roam the building, a self-guided tour, and all of the employees there were so kind and friendly. Inside the building, there was an atrium that overlooked a beautiful area where water fell over rocks. At the lower level, there is a beautiful area where Stampin' Up! employees eat their lunch! We even went into the "Idea Room" where many ideas for the catalog are born. It is a very comfortable room and it even has a ping-pong table in it! Imagine having to work/think and be able to play! lol Join me next year for Convention. A good/fun time is guaranteed!

I'll bet you thought...

I'd only take pics of stampin' related things. lol Here is a flying cow. It was on a street post near the Convention Center. I had to walk past this every day where there was other funky art work displayed.

I haven't had much time to post since being back from Convention and starting my new job which I love!! I have more time now and have been making headway on organizing and putting away my swaps and stamp camp things I made in Salt Lake City.

Thanks for stopping by. I'll try to post more tomorrow. Stampin' Up! has some really, REALLY great specials coming up that I'll be posting BUT you might want to find out at my Open House. The date and time will be announced soon!

Convention News!

Hi Everyone! I'm still in Salt Lake City, having an absolutely wonderful time. Stampin' Up! has made some big announcements and there is still another day of General Session! Yay! I'm cutting this short because the clock here says 11:00 p.m. which means it's 1:00 a.m. in my stampin' room. lol

I have sooooo much to bring back home with me and am actually going to go upstairs to my room now and start packing. I'm thinking I might have to take a trip to the UPS office nearby to get some of my things home! No joke!

I have lots of new samples and ideas for upcoming workshops and stamp camps. E-mail me a message by Monday morning to book your workshop before the end of September and receive an extra special something from me. You won't be disappointed. A good time is guaranteed and fun, fun, fun!

Bye for now from Salt Lake City, Utah!!!
