Two Joys in my Life!

Oh, actually I should say three joys in my life! lol Stampin', birds and my Schnoodle, Jericho, who needs to be groomed.

This is a nice idea for a favor. It's a binder clip that is embellished using the scallop punch, ribbon and, of course, stamps! These were done at a recent event. They are fun and easy. They come in many different sizes. Just cover with designer series paper or cardstock and embellish. The two circles on the designer paper are rub-ons. Just playing. lol

These binder clips are very popular now!

We've had a whole lot of activity at our birdfeeders lately. This is a Downy Woodpecker, a male because he has the splotch of red on his head. When they are not at the suet, they are often seen just perched on a branch above.

Happy Valentine's Day!!!

Happy Valentine's Day to you all! The scallop in Whisper White was done using the slit punch. The hearts are one of the Stampin' Up! On-Board pieces and blinged with glitter from one of our new glitter packs! Did you guess?! The designer paper is Cutie Pie!!! The set used is Sweet Shapes.
I received an e-mail from Lite98.7 which is a radio station that I have listened to for a very long time. A few days ago, I went to their site, saw an online contest where all I needed to do was give my name, address and e-mail. Guess what!!! I won!
I won two tickets to see Martina McBride for March 2, a $25 gift certificate to the Buffalohead Restaurant, a $25 gift certificate to the Olde Wicker Mill, a $25 gift certificate to A Personal Touch and a gift certificate to a floral business for half a dozen of roses! Happy Valentine's Day to me! lol

My Stampin' Up! Family is Growing!

I'm so excited about the addition of a new member to my Stampin' Up! family. Elisa! We are going to have so much fun! Elisa is also going to join us in attending future events, meetings, etc. She joined online at my Stampin' Up! Website where it was sooo easy. All she needed to do was get the password from me and it took her right to where she needed to be. I think she had fun last night picking out sets and inks that she will be receiving in her starter kit. The starter kit contains sooo many things including catalogs, order forms, etc to get her started. She took advantage of the starter kit price of $159 AND she got to choose any free stamp set in the Spring-Summer Collection 2008 catalog! The starter kit is valued at $330! Regular price is $199 and the special is on only during Sale-A-Bration!

Welcome to the family Elisa! Luv Ya!

Happy Birthday Scout & Pace!

On Sunday, Erin and Casey held a Double Birthday Party for Scout and Pace. Scout turned two last Monday and Pace turned one this past Sunday.

This is Scout getting ready to blow out her candles. I really couldn't get very many pictures of her because she was sooooo active playing with friends.

Scout turns 2!!!!!!

Here is the little man. :) He is such a little lover. He really didn't pay much attention to all of the toys he got until he received a big dump truck (he actually could sit in it) and there was a yellow hard hat that came with it. Normally, you can't keep a hat on him but this one! He loved it and he went with all of the attention he was getting. lol

There's NOTHING like grandchildren. They definitely warm your heart.

Pace turns 1!!!!!
