Today we celebrated Scout's third birthday and Pace's second birthday. We had so much fun, and of course, they did too! lol It's soooo hard to believe that they are two and three already. Here are just a few pics that we snapped today. :)

Last day for Valentine Bundle!

Saturday, is the last day of the Love You Much Bundle Promotion. The link is to the left. This purse is what I made for swaps in Orlando. It is using the stamp set in the bundle along with the punch of three hearts that coordinates with a stamp in the set. Also in the bundle is a packet of Designer Series Paper called Candy Lane and it is delicious looking! lol Although at first glance, you may think of this bundle for Valentine's Day only but you can use it for many occasions. Each component of the bundle is sold separately in the catalog BUT when you buy it as the bundle, you get a very NICE discount! Don't let it pass you by as time is running out. Contact me or go to my Stampin' Up! website and click on Shop Now.

Thanks for stopping by. ;)

Check it out for more details OR contact me! A good time will be had by all. It's not that we CAN'T watch the game. We ARE multi-taskers and can watch the game and stamp at the same time. Sample Table for Open House

Here is one table that I had set up on Sunday for Open House. It had lots of things on it that were not cards. Cards were kept in another area. lol

This table is not as full as the start of Saturday. It contains catalogs, order forms and Decor Elements brochures along with hostess packets. This was the table everyone was so excited to get to! They couldn't wait to get their hands on the new catalog!

Just had to show some Decor Elements. Love them!!!

More Decor Elements. Adds a wonderful touch to any decor, don't you think?

Thanks for stopping by. :)

Post-Open House

What fun it was at Open House yesterday! There was lots of excitement with the new catalog and wowing (is that really a word?) over samples that I had out for display. Anyone who booked a workshop yesterday got purse that I made using the Valentine promotion bundle (link is to the left). Also, anyone who misses the index in the back of the book that lists the supplies for the cards and projects in the catalog can find the listing when clicking on the new catalog (link is to the left).

I had soooo much fun visiting with everyone and eating! lol Gotta luv Roma's tomato pie and yes, Ron's great-tasting pumpkin dessert that he makes. I'll post some pics later of the tables for those of you who couldn't make it. :( Hey, you can still book a workshop and I'll give you a special something from me. It'll be extra special if you book it for February or March because everyone knows it's SALE-A-BRATION! time.

Thanks for stopping by.
Have a great day!

Ideas for scrapbookers!

This is a layout that I created for a scrapbook swap that I participated in while at Leadership in Orlando. It was my very first scrapbook swap! I will certainly do it again! Following are just a few of the reasons why and I think that you'll agree. Want to see more? Come to my Open House on Saturday and see more! Door prizes and much more to see. Stop on by and say hi!

This was done by my friend Robbie. I just LOVE this one. It was done using the punch along with the stamp set in the Valentine bundle mentioned in a post below. Although Robbie didn't make it to Leadership, we arranged for a mutual friend to do the swap for us and Robbie and I will be hooking up at Convention again this year.

Woohoo!!!! Again, let's hear it for the bundle!!! Lynn Hampton was the creator of this layout. I love this one too. Pleeeeeeeeez don't ask me to pick a favorite and guess what! There's more! Nope, not going to post them all. I have to save some for Open House. I'll tell you what!!! If you're reading this today and you call me today and book your workshop to be held by the end of February, you will get an EXTRA special gift from and I will tell you today what it is!!! I'll do this for ALL callers today by 6:00 p.m.

Have a Stamp-Happy Day!!!

Thanks for stopping by,

Valentine Stamp Camp!

If you didn't attend yesterday's stamp camp, this is what you missed. We had soooo much fun. The center card was done first and we actually did two of them. We used the Cutter Kit, the perforating tool on it to create the bookmark on the right side of the card. We also used the distressing part of the Cutter Kit to give the ragged-edge look to the piece underneath the scalloped circle on the left side of the card. The set we used and Designer Series Paper along with the punch are ALL part of the LOVE YOU MUCH BUNDLE promotion that is going on until January 31! Put some heart into your Valentines this year with the Love You Much Bundle. Containing all new products—a coordinating stamp set, Designer Series paper, and punch—the Love You Much Bundle has what you need to create the perfect Valentines, all at 20 percent off!

Orlando.....

Ilion.....

Which would YOU prefer? lol

I'm Back!!

Wow! What an experience... After my flight being cancelled due to an ice storm, being put on hold and trying to reschedule a flight, I finally arrived in Orlando. Whew!!! I was a bit disoriented and confused having missed the first day of events and things going on but fell into step and hooked up with friends that I've met along my Stampin' Up! journey. :) I'll be posting pics of swaps, friends, updates and even new product in the coming days. I'm also excited about my next Stampin' Up! trip and should anyone like to join my downline and me, let me know. The more, the merrier!!! I can fill you in on details.

On Saturday when I left, the skies were blue and the sun was shining with the forecast being great with temperature being predicted in the upper 70's. There were people walking around in shorts and sleeveless shirts. Now....... arriving at Albany airport, in the late afternoon, there was nothing to be seen and I mean NOTHING! It was bitter cold, about 15 degrees and snow on its way. Well, sure enough I was back in Central New York because soon enough the roads were covered with snow and visibility pretty bad. Yup, back in Central New York. lol

Woohoo Orlando!!

Thank you to Sue and Kim for coming and helping me yesterday with my swaps. It was soooo appreciated. I'm still working on that one which involves quite a few pieces, using the Big Shot a new stamp set, dimension, ribbon, etc. lol Sue, are you seeing punches today? Do you have blisters on your fingers today? Kim, did you get all of the adhesive off of your fingers? I'll post this swap at a later date BECAUSE we are actually going to be doing this for CLUB this month and I'd like it be a surprise for everyone. Oh, except for Sue. lol She already knows. tehe...

Don't recognize the stamp set used for the card above? You shouldn't! lol It's an upcoming set. You know me and birds. Yes, even chickens. Luv, luv, luv roosters. I have to confess, Ron colored it. Didn't he do a great job?! Toot toot, Ron! This is for a swap in Orlando. The main requirement was NO layers but to use an embellishment and a technique. I used masking, embossing, and even used the perforating tool on the Cutter Kit for the attached bookmark on the front of the card. Even before applying the Crystal Effects to the rooster, the rooster seemed to just "pop" above the French wording.

This is one page of a two-page 12 x 12 layout for a scrapbook swap I'm participating in while in Orlando. Believe it or not, even as a demonstrator for over six years, this is my FIRST scrapbook swap that I've participated in! This page was at it's early phase. There are other components on it now using the Big Shot and the coordinating second page is even nicer! I'll get a picture of this layout posted at a later date.

Thank you again Sue and Kim. Luv you ladies!!!!

Thanks for stopping by.

Happy New Year!!!!

It's been a year full of memories, new friendships, a new grandchild, stampin' trips/events and much more. I'm thankful for all of my Stampin' Up! customers for what they mean and have done for my business. I truly love what I do and it's easy when I have customers like you. :)
I mean it from the bottom of my heart.

May you all have a healthy and wonderful New Year!

I'll be working diligently on swaps tomorrow and over the weekend for Orlando next week. I cannot wait to bring samples back to show everyone. I'm going to post pics of just a few of our hand-stamped Christmas cards that we received this year from some of you. I probably won't post them all for lack of time! They were ALL beautiful!!!

Don't forget to put aside some time for yourselves this year and Stamp!!!!

A Stamper's Showcase card, done by another demonstrator, Brenda Keenan. I like the look and the simplicity of this card.

Today we finally put our Christmas tree up and decorated inside. We are so behind this year compared to year's past. Yesterday Scout and Pace spent the day with us while Erin took Trig and shopped. Scout and Pace were so much fun and we stamped and played with a tattoo kit. Oh, and Pace couldn't quite seem to keep his fingers out of the Brocade Blue ink pad. lol I guess I really didn't need to tell Erin when she got here that we stamped because it was quite obvious especially when Scout had an area of Elegant Eggplant on her forehead that looked like a bruise. lol

For all of you who love, Lovely As A Tree! It is still in the catalog. This is another card that was on Stampers Showcase, done by Nancy Littrell. This actually is very similar to the Christmas card I did last year. Definitely a classic stamp set and if you don't already have it, you might want to think about it before it does retire.

Thanks for stoppin' by. Have a great week!

Have you ever checked....

....out Shelli Gardner's personal blog? SoShelli! She is the cofounder and CEO of Stampin' Up! She is truly a down-to-earth, genuine, giving, caring person. She is approachable at Events that you attend as a demonstrator. She is all about putting your family first. Just read some of her entries. You'll love her like sooooo many others do.

Club last night was fun. We ate, stamped, laughed and had lots of fun like we knew we would. lol I didn't get to bed until about 11:00 by the time I got organized here and figured out what I was wearing for work. Believe it or not, I was awake by 4:30 this morning and out of bed without my alarm clock! lol How does that happen?! Must be the hormone thing going on again. lol

Next week, I have another club going on. Hey, we have to come up with some names for these clubs. It will be easier to keep track of them. lol Thanks for stopping by. I have been working on my Christmas cards. It's been assembly-like fashion so I haven't completed any yet. lol The finished product will be done soon. More pics will soon be posted of latest cards, etc, so stay tuned. :)

Aren't these cool cards? Fun and easy, using "I Wish" Scrappin' Kits. The sky is the limit and you can use these kits for cards or scrapbook pages.

Good job Kim! Kim used the Big Shot for this card along with Mellow Moss cardstock and Bravo Burgundy cardstock. What a nice color combination!

This is a recipe box, a Pop-Tart box covered with designer series paper and embellished with chipboard and Pretties Kit. Although it looks like eyelets on the box, you are seeing rhinestone brads. The picture doesn't do this justice. It was quick and easy to do this box and there are tabs on separaters.

Don't forget Gift Certificates!! Contact me.

Thanks for stopping by. Off to lala land for me!
